Who you are
We are seeking a commercially minded and creatively driven Private Product Designer & Sales Manager to join our team. This hybrid role blends high-end travel design with client-facing sales, requiring a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland, alongside the ability to craft and sell unforgettable, tailor-made experiences.
You will be responsible for designing bespoke itineraries, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through personalised service and expert destination knowledge.

Required skills and abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the UK and Ireland, including hidden gems and luxury experiences
- Proven experience in bespoke travel design, luxury sales, or a similar role
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to bring itineraries to life
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Solid financial acumen, including pricing strategy and margin management
- A well-established network of industry contacts is highly desirable
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a flexible hybrid environment
Main responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-end, bespoke travel itineraries across the UK and Ireland
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
- Convert enquiries into sales through compelling storytelling and tailored proposals
- Develop unique, experience-led products that reflect the Adventure by AE brand
- Leverage an existing network (“little black book”) of trusted suppliers, guides, and contacts
- Manage pricing, margins, and budgets to ensure commercial success
- Stay up to date with emerging travel trends and new experiences across the region
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine and elevate the product offering
